These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all websites, platforms, services and subdomains operated by SanaMotion Swiss Institute GmbH, Switzerland (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms apply to all users, participants, students and clients of our services, whether accessed online or in person.
By accessing our websites or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services
We provide educational services, including but not limited to:
- Pilates teacher trainings and professional education programs
- In-person courses, workshops, immersions and retreats
- Online trainings, digital courses and learning platforms
- Mentoring programs, memberships and subscriptions
- Educational materials, manuals and related content
Details regarding content, duration, location, fees and prerequisites are specified in the respective course, program or booking description.
3. Registration and Participation
- Participation in our services may require prior registration and payment.
- Places may be limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation where prerequisites are not met or where participation would reasonably compromise the learning environment or safety of others.
4. Fees and Payments
- Fees are stated on the applicable course description, booking page or invoice.
- Payments must be made within the specified time frame.
- Participation may be denied or suspended if full payment has not been received.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy (In-Person Trainings)
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- A deposit secures a place in a training and covers administrative and planning costs.
- The remaining balance is due on the first day of the training, prior to participation.
- Once a training has started, no withdrawal, cancellation or refund is possible, regardless of the reason.
- Participants who interrupt, withdraw from or discontinue a training are not entitled to any refund, partial refund or credit.
- In exceptional cases, and entirely at our discretion, paid amounts may be transferred to a future training date as a gesture of goodwill. Such transfers do not constitute a legal entitlement.
6. Online Trainings and Digital Content
- Online trainings, digital courses and learning platforms are provided for individual educational use only.
- Access credentials are personal and must not be shared.
- Once access to digital content has been granted, no refunds are possible unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- By accessing digital content, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once access has been granted, where permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online platforms and reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue content where reasonably required.
7. Mentoring Programs and Subscriptions
- Mentoring services provide educational support, guidance and professional development.
- Mentoring may include live or recorded sessions, group calls, feedback, educational materials, platform access and community participation.
- Mentoring subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly, as specified at the time of registration, and are payable in advance.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least fourteen (14) days before the end of the current billing period.
- Payments for mentoring subscriptions are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods or non-attendance.
- Mentoring does not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, professional success or personal results.
- We reserve the right to modify mentoring formats, schedules or facilitators while maintaining the educational intent of the program.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, curricula, concepts, educational systems and brand elements provided under the name Swiss Pilates are the intellectual property of SanaMotion Swiss Institute GmbH, unless stated otherwise.
Materials may be used for personal educational purposes only.
Any reproduction, distribution, teaching, publication or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Health, Responsibility and Liability
Participation in physical training activities involves inherent risks.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to participate in any training or program.
- We do not accept liability for injuries, damages or losses unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- We do not guarantee certification, qualification, employment or professional outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, any liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
10. External Services and Third Parties
Our services may involve third-party providers or include links to external websites.
We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.
11. Changes to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify services, schedules, instructors or content where reasonably required.
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The current version is published on our website and applies at the time of use.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of SanaMotion Swiss Institute GmbH, Switzerland.
