No prior certification is required. While some basic Pilates practice can help you feel more confident, our program is designed to take you from beginner to fully certified instructor.

You’ll be evaluated through both practical teaching demonstrations and a written exam, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to confidently teach Pilates professionally.

Yes! Our diploma is accredited by EduQualita and is recognized worldwide, allowing you to teach in studios across the globe.

Each day includes a mix of hands-on practical training, theory lessons, and supervised teaching practice. Typically, sessions run from early afternoon to the evening, with breaks for meals and personal practice.

Due to the intensive nature of the course, it’s recommended to fully dedicate yourself during the 18 days. Some participants manage light remote work outside training hours, but we advise minimal distractions to maximize learning.

Accommodation is not included, but we provide guidance and recommendations for nearby hotels, guesthouses, and short-term rentals.
